Course Description

School staff are often the first responders in emergencies within the school environment.

Our First Responder Training course is specifically designed for educators, administrators, and support staff, ensuring they can act confidently and efficiently in life-threatening and high-pressure situations within a school setting.

With expert instruction from Specialist Paramedics, students will:

  • Learn CPR techniques, including the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), ensuring you’re prepared to handle a cardiac emergency.
  • Master emergency care for medical conditions like asthma, anaphylaxis, and seizures, along with practical methods for stabilizing individuals in shock.
  • Gain the ability to assess and manage fractures and soft-tissue injuries to prevent further harm until professional medical help arrives.
